About the role
Cybis Technologies publishes and markets mobile apps and games. The ASO Manager will work on-site in Lahore to improve store visibility, conversion rates, and localisation across our portfolio and client products.
You will sit next to designers and video editors who produce screenshots and preview assets — so store refreshes ship in days, not weeks of async back-and-forth.
Our portfolio includes utility apps and 3DGameHouse titles on Google Play. You will work on live listings with real install and rating data.
This role suits someone who enjoys experiments: keyword shifts, creative A/B tests, and reading conversion rate changes after each store update.
What you'll do
- Research keywords and competitors for Google Play and Apple App Store.
- Write and test titles, subtitles, descriptions, and promotional text.
- Coordinate screenshot, icon, and preview video updates with in-house design and video teams.
- Track installs, impressions, conversion rate, and rating trends.
- Run A/B tests on store assets and iterate based on performance data.
- Join release planning meetings for client app launches at the office.
Requirements
- 2+ years of ASO experience with live apps or games on Google Play and/or App Store.
- Understanding of store guidelines, localisation, and category ranking factors.
- Experience with ASO tools (AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and clear reporting for stakeholders.
- Comfort working with developers on release notes and metadata updates.
- On-site work in Lahore required — not a remote position.
Nice to have
- Experience with Unity/mobile game portfolios.
- Paid user acquisition (Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads) knowledge.
- Urdu/English store localisation experience.
